What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors use the contact forms on the site we collect the data that is voluntarily entered. into the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to Google or other statistic gathering third party.


If you upload files to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. While we don’t keep data on our servers, it does pass through the server to our administrators machines. We are not responsible for data left attached to images and other files.

Contact forms

If you submit data through our contact forms, you are agreeing to allow us to add you to the email list. Our form data that is collected is held privately on an administrators machine. This data is not hosted on the website. Furthermore, any data we collect, we do not sell to a third party.


If you use a form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you use the form again. These cookies will last for one month but this time frame may change at any time.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. We do not have an intention at this time to use our data for profiling for any purposes other than marketing.
